we're here to give you a one-of-a-kind, unique bar experience at your event.

We have a 2 tap kegerator so the beer flows perfectly, wine is served out of carafes, and we are always shaking up some delicious cocktails. Legally we cannot provide you with the alcohol, state laws do not allow us to do so. The client must provide the alcohol, and we serve it!

We meet with our clients well before the event to get all the necessary info such as; how many guests, location of event, desired drink menu, how much of the good stuff you’ll need (we can help you determine that!), and any other refreshments you might want. Looking to play some kan jam or giant jenga? We got you covered along with some other fun yard games! We’ve noticed that the Bev Cart is a popular spot for people to gather around, so we provide two whiskey barrel cocktail tables for anyone who is looking to post up and chit-chat.

what to expect:

• We meet to get all the details (when, where, # of guests, drink menu, etc.)

• 50% deposit due when signing contract which will secure the date for your event.

• We will bring all other refreshments, and all items to give you the ultimate bar experience (drink-ware, napkins, straws, mixers, garnishes, etc.)

• Bartenders included; who are NY ATAP certified (alcohol training awareness program)

• Remaining balance due week of event.

WHAT ELSE?

We are what we say—a mobile bar company. We bring everything we need to make sure you have an amazing bar at your event. 

After we meet and figure out all the details then we will quote the event for you. Pretty easy! If you can’t tell yet, we love to have a good time and can’t wait to get things started. The Beverage Cart is ready to roll up to your next event and provide you with a fun, energetic, stress-free bar while you party with friends and family!
